What I have learned in the Class
Today, I learn about the inspiring song tell me that it’s okey to be diffrent in color, language and anything.. since we are special in the eye of God—thank you for the song. And than for me i learn a new term “dusting the cobweb”—another term for restudy or to remaind the student about last meeting. As for today Dr. Prema called up about us about how to encourage student with wrong answer without make him or her fell being insult. We also study about 4 level of learner (preschoolers, elementary, adolescent, and adults) with signifying the characteristic and methods that work for each level. Also we learn about maslow’s hierarchy of human needs.
We also study about who is generation Z and how to connect with them. I also know about what is omnivores (10%), passive (80%) and retirent (10%). And as i write this journal, I also want to know about the bloom’s taxonomy—in this class i found many new things for teaching sphere.
What I like Improved
To day i realize that as a human i have the hierarchy of human needs. So, I asked God to fulfilled my needs, because i believe that only God can provide my needs and I realize that trusting my self for fulfilling my needs is not good because as a human we always want more and more… for human, “more is never enough.”
I also want to improved my self to become more omnivores than only just be a passive learner. I just want to ask God for helping me to be a good model. So i can be a good and positive example for my family and all people around me. I really want to be a good model of pastor so that my present can bring a positive impact to my congregations, my students and my fellow friends or other people. As Paul mentioned in 1 Timothy 4:12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. God bless us.
